ImagineArt vs Creatify: A Generator and an Ad Factory
These two are not the same kind of product. One sells generations, the other sells finished ads, so the credit numbers cannot be compared.

- From
- $19/mo
- Free tier
- Free plan, a few credits
Round by round
| Criterion | Winner | Why |
|---|---|---|
| Entry price, monthly | ImagineArt | $13/mo against $39/mo. |
| Entry price, yearly | ImagineArt | $9/mo against $19/mo. |
| Free access | ImagineArt | 55 free credits a day against a few unpublished starter credits. |
| What one credit buys | Creatify | One Creatify credit is a finished ad. One ImagineArt credit is a fraction of an image. |
| Reference slots | ImagineArt | 1, 5 or 30 @References by plan. Creatify does not sell reference slots. |
| Actors and avatars | Creatify | 300 actors on Starter, 1,500 plus 3 custom avatars on Pro. |
| Published model detail | Creatify | A minimum plan for every model through its API. ImagineArt publishes only a partial list. |
| Billing options | ImagineArt | Monthly, quarterly and yearly. Creatify has monthly and annual only. |
Both platforms turn a prompt into video, and both run models from the same short list. Seedance, Kling, Veo and Wan appear on each one. That is where the overlap stops.
One axis separates them, and it is bigger than price. ImagineArt starts from a blank canvas and gives you generations. Creatify starts from a product link and gives you ad variants with a person talking in them. You are not buying the same unit of work.
The short version
The credits are the clearest sign of this. Creatify’s Starter plan gives you 100 credits a month. ImagineArt’s gives you 3,000. That does not make ImagineArt thirty times better value. One Creatify credit is a whole ad.
What you actually pay
I read these prices off each platform’s own pricing page on 11 September 2026 and clicked every billing toggle. ImagineArt was running a 50% sale at the time, so its lower figures are promotional and will move.
Creatify’s page has three product tabs: Platform, Studio and API. The figures below are the Platform tab.
ImagineArt
| Plan | Credits | Monthly | Quarterly | Yearly |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Basic | 3,000 | $13 | $11 | $9 |
| Standard | 8,000 | $30 | $25 | $20 |
| Ultimate | 16,000 | $50 | $41 | $34 |
| Creator | 100,000 | — | — | $175 |
Creatify
| Plan | Credits | Monthly | Annual, per month |
|---|---|---|---|
| Starter | 100 | $39 | $19 |
| Pro | 300 | $99 | $49 |
| Enterprise | — | Custom | Custom |
ImagineArt publishes a free tier of 55 credits a day. Creatify has a free plan too, but does not show it on the pricing page. It gives you a handful of credits to start, which is enough to see the product and not enough to finish an ad. Creatify does not publish the exact number, so I am not quoting one.
The unit of output is the real difference
A credit means something different on each platform, so a price per credit is not a useful number here.
| Platform | One credit is roughly | Starter plan buys |
|---|---|---|
| ImagineArt | Part of one image or clip | ~600 images or ~97 videos |
| Creatify | One finished ad | 100 ads |
Compare the finished pieces instead. On ImagineArt you make the footage and then edit it into an ad yourself. On Creatify the script, the actor, the voice and the cuts arrive together. The work you save is the assembly.
That also explains the price gap. Creatify charges more per month for fewer credits because each credit does far more steps.
Creatify’s Pro plan has a credit slider that goes up to 6,000 credits, so the $99 figure is the floor of that tier, not the ceiling.
Model access
Both carry Seedance 2.5. On Creatify it needs the Pro plan. On ImagineArt it is badged on Standard and above.
Creatify names no models on its pricing page. It advertises “50+ premium models” on Starter and “100+” on Pro. Its own model catalogue, read through its API, lists every model with the lowest plan that includes it. That list is far more precise than anything ImagineArt publishes.
| Model | ImagineArt | Creatify | Lowest Creatify plan |
|---|---|---|---|
| Seedance 2.5 | Yes | Yes | Pro |
| Seedance 2.0 | Yes | Yes | Starter |
| Kling 3.0 | Yes | Yes | Starter |
| Veo 3.1 | Yes | Yes | Starter |
| Wan 3.0 | Not listed | Yes | Free |
| LTX 2 | Not listed | Yes | Free |
| Gemini Omni Flash | Not listed | Yes | Free |
| GPT Image 2.5 | Not listed | Yes | Pro |
| Nano Banana Pro | Not listed | Yes | Starter |
| Kling Avatars 2.0 Pro | Yes | Not listed | — |
Wan 3.0, LTX 2 and Gemini Omni Flash sit on Creatify’s free plan level. That is the cheapest route to any of those three across the platforms I checked.
Read the “not listed” cells carefully. Every pricing page I checked understates its own catalogue. ImagineArt’s in-app model picker carries more than its pricing page names. So a blank cell means the platform does not say, not that the model is missing.
Reference slots versus actors
ImagineArt sells reference slots, which it calls @References. You get 1 on Basic, 5 on Standard and 30 on Ultimate. Seedance 2.5 itself accepts 30 reference images, so the Ultimate plan unlocks the model’s own ceiling rather than raising it. On Basic you are paying for a model that takes 30 images and being allowed to attach one.
Creatify sells people instead. Starter includes 300 AI actors. Pro includes 1,500 plus three custom avatars you train yourself. There is no reference slot count because you are not composing a scene from reference images.
If your work is a character sheet plus a location plus a first frame, you need slots. If your work is a presenter holding a product, you need actors.
Which to choose
| If you | Pick | Why |
|---|---|---|
| Make product ads with a presenter | Creatify | The whole product is built for it |
| Build scenes from reference images | ImagineArt | Up to 30 reference slots |
| Want the lowest monthly cost | ImagineArt | $9/mo on a yearly plan |
| Want ads without editing them together | Creatify | One credit is a finished ad |
| Need a free tier you can rely on | ImagineArt | 55 credits a day, published |
| Want to track competitor ads | Creatify | It includes an ad tracker |
| Want to pay quarterly | ImagineArt | Only one of the two offers it |
What this comparison does not cover
I have used ImagineArt for production work. Every reel on this site was made there.
I work on Creatify too. The Creatify figures above still come from its pricing page and its published model catalogue, because those are the numbers you can check yourself. What this page does not do is put an ImagineArt reel and a Creatify avatar ad in front of the same audience and see which one performs.
I also could not compare cost per finished video. Neither platform publishes how many credits one Seedance or Kling generation costs, so there is no honest way to work out the price of a single reel from the plan pages.
Questions
Can I compare their credits directly?
No. One Creatify credit is a finished ad. One ImagineArt credit is a fraction of an image. Compare the number of finished pieces each plan produces instead.
Does Creatify have a free plan?
Its pricing page does not show one. Its model catalogue marks some models as available at a free plan level. I cannot reconcile those two, so treat $19 a month on an annual plan as the real entry price.
Which one is cheaper for a month of short-form video?
That depends on what you count as finished. Creatify Starter gives 100 complete ads for $19 on an annual plan. ImagineArt Basic gives roughly 97 videos for $9, but you still have to cut them together.
Can I use ImagineArt for product ads?
Yes, but you do the work Creatify automates. You write the script, generate the footage, and assemble it. ImagineArt does have about 90 camera and effect presets, including commercial and UGC categories, which helps with the footage part.
